Common questions
- Change the language: My → Settings → Language lets you choose 日本語, 한국어 or English.
- Notifications don't arrive: check My → Settings → Notification settings, and that notifications for Machiwa are allowed in your device settings.
- Undo a block: My → Settings → Blocked users.
- Delete your account: My → Settings → Delete account. See Delete your account and data for details.
What to include
Your device model, OS version, when it happened, the steps you took and what you saw (a screenshot helps). Never send passwords or sign-in codes.
Safety
Report harassment or inappropriate content with the Report option on that screen. If you're in danger, call 110 (police). For an ambulance or fire, call 119. See the Safety guide for more.
